How do I make a custom item?
Pick your piece, then build it. Upload your logo, change any color, add art from our element library, add text, and put all of it wherever you want. You build the whole thing, panel by panel, and you see it the entire time.
Will I see my design before I order?
Yes, and more than a preview. You design on a live model of the actual garment, and when you add it to your cart you confirm the exact file we use. What you approve is what gets made — no interpretation, no redraw, no surprise.
Look it over carefully on every view and panel before you confirm, because custom items are final sale and we don't send a separate proof after your order is placed.
Which logo files are acceptable to upload?
For the best results, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, at least 3000 by 3000 pixels. That gives us the cleanest edges, the most accurate colors, and the sharpest result across every custom product.
The editor also accepts JPG, PDF, AI, and SVG. High-resolution transparent PNGs will always produce the best final product.
Can you remove the white box behind my logo?
Yes. Upload it as-is — the editor removes the white background automatically, and you see the clean result right away. If you have a transparent PNG, even better.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Plan on 1 to 2 weeks for custom products. We often ship sooner, but build your timeline around 2 weeks if you need them by a specific date.

Built one at a time. Every custom piece is produced specifically to your design, then finished by our team in-house. Because it's made just for you, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled once placed. Production typically takes 1–2 weeks.
