At Illuzien, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange. Here’s how it works:
Returns
You can return items in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Simply visit our return portal here to get started, or contact us at support@illuzien.com if you need help. You’ll need your order number and either your zip code, email, or phone number.
Please note, items must be in their original condition. We may refuse returns if the products don’t meet this standard.
International Returns:
We’re unable to provide return labels for international customers. If you’d still like to return an item, please ship it to:

Exchanges
Tried on but not used? No problem! You can exchange items of equal or lesser value. Just head to our returns portal or email us at support@illuzien.com for help. Items must be in new condition, and we reserve the right to decline exchanges if necessary.
International Exchanges:
Due to shipping restrictions, international exchanges aren’t available through our portal. If you’d like to exchange an item internationally, follow these steps:
- Ship the item to our return address.
- We’ll issue store credit once we’ve inspected and approved the item.
- Use your store credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Return Labels
- If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns or exchanges, a handling fee will be charged during processing.

Final Sale Items
Customizable products, gift cards, mystery items, and other final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
Other Important Information
Once your return or exchange is initiated, it may take a few days to process. We appreciate your patience!
We recommend avoiding opening any products in your barber shop or salon where hair or debris could affect their condition. We recommend inspecting items in a clean, debris-free space to maintain their return eligibility.
Return/Exchange requests will only be accepted if the returned package/item complies with our policies.
Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit—whichever you prefer.
