When you use Buy with Prime, you’re shopping directly on Illuzien.com but checking out through Amazon for payment, Prime shipping, and customer support.

If you visit Illuzien’s Amazon Store, you’re shopping fully within Amazon’s platform. Either way, you’ll get authentic Illuzien products — the difference is simply where you start and how you check out.

Orders containing both Buy with Prime products and made-to-order Illuzien items will be split into two shipments.

Your Buy with Prime items ship directly from Amazon and usually arrive within 2–5 days, depending on Prime eligibility.

Your made-to-order items are crafted in our Southern California workshop and ship separately once completed — typically under 2 Weeks.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Yes — returns for Buy with Prime items are handled through your Amazon account. You’ll follow the same easy process as any Amazon return.
