• Upload & Go! Products - Simply upload and choose your colors. -- This option will automatically upload your logo at about 16 inches in size.
• 3D Designer Products - If you’re looking for more customization options, you can use this to do things like change your logo size, get more color options, add text, etc. 
• Let us know if you have any questions before you place your order, as all custom items are final sale.  

For the best results we strongly recommend uploading a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background (at least 3000 × 3000 pixels). This gives us the cleanest edges, the most accurate colors, and the highest print quality across all custom products.

Our design studio can also accept JPG, PDF, AI, and SVG files, but high-resolution transparent PNGs will always produce the best final product.

If you’re unsure about your file please email us before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Unfortunately, Illuzien does not provide design services. To make any changes to your logo, you'll have to get in touch with your graphic designer!

We like to estimate 2-3 weeks turnaround time for custom products, but we do our best (and usually succeed) at getting them to you even sooner than that! Please always rely on the 2-3 week timeline if you are looking to have the custom products in hand by a specific date.
