- Upload & Go Products. Upload your logo and choose your colors. Placement is preset for each style: single-logo products place your logo once, about 16 inches on most. Pattern styles repeat it smaller across the product. Oversized styles run it much larger.
- 3D Design Studio Products. More control over the details. Resize and reposition your logo, open up more color options on every panel, and add text.
Yes. Upload & Go and the 3D Design Studio both show a live preview as you build, so you can see how your logo and colors sit on the product before you check out.
That preview is an example of the finished product, not a proof. We don't send a separate proof for approval after your order is placed, and custom items are final sale, so look the preview over carefully. If something doesn't seem right, email support@illuzien.com before you order.
For the best results, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, at least 3000 by 3000 pixels. That gives us the cleanest edges, the most accurate colors, and the highest print quality across every custom product.
The design studio also accepts JPG, PDF, AI, and SVG. High-resolution transparent PNGs will always produce the best final product.
We don't offer design services, so your file needs to arrive ready to print. A transparent PNG solves this. If you don't have one, your designer can export it, or a background removal tool can do it in a few seconds.
Plan on 2 to 3 weeks for custom products. We often ship sooner, but build your timeline around 2 to 3 weeks if you need them by a specific date.
